Lateness, Postponing, and Cancelling
Life happens, and so does needing to move your visit. We get it!
Dr. Fattie, I'm going to be a bit late for our appointment! Now what?
We try REALLY hard to respect everyone’s time and understand if stuff comes up. If you’re going to be a few minutes late for a regular office visit we can typically work you in. Clients on time with appointments have priority so you may need to sit tight for a few minutes. Don't worry though...our waiting room has fancy bottled water, wifi, and climate control😉. In some circumstances or if it becomes the norm you may be charged a $10-15 late fee.
If you need to reschedule because it throws your day for a loop or we're booked, all good! You'll be subject to the cancellation fee but we're happy to move your appointment to another date/time.
Dr. Fattie, I need to cancel or reschedule, and maybe it's last minute. What do I do?
We’re a small business and LOVE to serve Del Mar, CA, and surrounding communities. Please let us know 24 business hours beforehand if you need to move yours. Business hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 6 pm. If your appointment falls on a Monday let us know Thursday prior. If your appointment is the day after a holiday let us know the previous business day.
If you need to move your appointment time but you're flexible, we'll go to the moon and back to reschedule you for the same day at no charge.
Late cancels - Your card on file will be automatically charged a $39-$79 fee, depending on appointment type.
